Conservation of Text

I don't consider myself a tree-hugging environmentalist, but I do what I can to avoid waste, both of natural resources and of time.  Seeing how I wrote this letter to Radio World Magazine and they printed it, I think it would be wasteful not to reuse it.  The letter was in response to an article about how the FCC 1st Class Radiotelephone was necessary to one's broadcasting career.
