Years ago, when paper roamed the earth and we had printed manuals, we sold them and eked out enough money to pay for printing more. You can imagine what happened to that business model! I'm now making a desultory effort to add PDF versions of our manuals to this NEW documentation page on this completely different web site.
"Free" isn't a big incentive, but making customers happier can be, so if there's something ancient you want, contact me and I'll see what I can do.

Although not part of our official documentation, these technical notes may be of assistance with our audio equipment in particular.
If you have a credit card call 201-641-1200 and tell the receptionist "I would like to purchase a manual" and give the name of the product. If you don't want to call, follow the procedure below.
To obtain any of these manuals, simply send the appropriate payment,
payable in $US on a US bank, or by wire transfer.
You can also furnish your credit card information. If the manual(s) are to
be sent outside the US, contact us for shipping charges. Be sure to:

| Provide the serial number and/or the software version of the unit for which you are ordering the manual. (If you fail to do this, we will send a manual anyway, but it may not match your configuration.) |

This is our first pass at collecting our documentation. We undoubtedly have more stuff from the early years that is buried. If you want something that isn't listed, send us $50, which we hope will cover our cost of trying to find it and of duplicating it if we succeed. (Of course, if we can't find it, we'll return your payment and put a note here to help those who come after.)
